Techstation Apps is designed for self-implementation, and most companies don't need any help, just a bit of determination. To help you, there are tons of videos and other resources that will help you. If you sign up for account, we conduct one-on-one sessions to help you configure the system.
You only pay for the number of System users in your account. These are the users who can access the core modules of the Apps and not just portal views. A system user is generally someone with system roles like manager in Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, HR, Leave Approver, Employee, etc. These roles are assigned from the user's settings page.
